Lech Walesa, the former president of Poland and leader of the Solidarity movement in the 1980s, snubbed President Obama.
The New York Post reported:
WASHINGTON -- President Obama wraps up his European tour in Poland today, but he won't find any solidarity with the nation's one-time leader.
Lech Walesa, the former Polish president and Solidarity movement founder, snubbed Obama on the last day of his four-nation trip, refusing to meet with his fellow Nobel Peace Prize winner.

"It's difficult to tell journalists what you'd like to say to the president of a superpower. This time, I won't tell him, I won't meet him, it doesn't suit me," Walesa told a Polish news station.
