Roppongi, Tokyo (especially Roppongi Hills) is known for its nightclubs and bars as it is close to many embassies.
One has to pay for most activities in Roppongi. However, Tokyo Cheapo has a list of ten free things to do in Roppongi for the budget-minded. One of which is pictured above.
