A "for sale" sign has gone up this past week at the property next door and to the west of me.
The realtor is Coldwell Banker High Desert Realty Company. It is not on Realtor.com or Zillow.com as yet, but it is on Trulia.com in a past listing. The address is 18 West Blue Cedar Loop. Coldwell Banker is the realtor who handled my home purchase.

The property includes 2 acres, house and corral. The front of the home is virtually all windows with a view of the valley and mesas.

Speaking of neighbors, I met my next door neighbor today. UPS goofed and delivered a package of mine next door. My neighbor, James, was kind enough to bring it over and introduce himself.
