This afternoon, I received some good and welcome news from Home Depot's Customer Service department regarding the damaged patio umbrella.
They wrote:
Hi Armand,
I would like to inform you that an order for your replacement parts has just been placed and will take about 7-10 business days to reach you.
We really appreciate your feedback, so on the next 24-48 hours you will receive a brief one-time survey about our customer service.
Please find my contact information below and a reference number for our call on the subject line for any future reference.
Have a great day!
In the meantime, I'll continue to use the "Clamper red" umbrella.
