Hiding Harris

Former President Donald Trump (and many others) have been slamming Kamala Harris for her lack of holding press conferences and dodging interviews since she became (by anointment) the Democrat Party presidential nominee.

It is well known that she has a history of blubbering nonsense in such forums in the past. Which is probably why her handlers are hiding her.

Fox News posted on X:

HIDING HARRIS: Trump slams his Democratic rival in the 2024 race for dodging interviews and press conferences since being named the DNC's presumptive nominee over three weeks ago.

They have also posted an article that begins with:

Former President Donald Trump spoke with tech billionaire Elon Musk in an overarching, lengthy interview Monday evening on X as Vice President Kamala Harris continues avoiding the media since landing on the top of the Democratic ticket for the White House.

"It's pretty sad when you think that somebody that does this for a living can't answer a question or is afraid to do an interview, and in her case, with a very friendly interview. She's got all friendly interviewers," Trump said of Harris Monday evening during his roughly two-hour interview with Musk on X Space.

Trump's comments come as Harris has avoided the media for 22 days. She has snubbed formal press conferences or sit-down interviews, including for a Time magazine cover story, since she emerged as the DNC's nominee for the White House after President Biden dropped out of the race last month.

Superman Statue Press Conference

Above, artist's conception of the Siegel & Shuster Tribute Plaza.

A press conference will be held Thursday, June 20 on the Superman Statue to be erected at the Siegel & Shuster Tribute Plaza. It will be the kick-off for the fundraising campaign.

THE SUPERMAN STATUE IS COMING!!!

What: Superman Statue Press Conference

When: Thursday, June 20, Noon

Where: Cleveland History Center,

10825 East Blvd., Cleveland

Superman Comes Home!

After years of effort, nationally renowned sculptor David Deming’s vision of a triumphant Man of Steel will soon fly in his hometown.

Deming, working with the Siegel and Shuster Society and Cuyahoga County Council, has created a statue of Superman that will be one of the biggest tourist attractions in the city.

Thursday is the kick-off of a $2.5 million fundraiser for the stainless steel statue of Superman in flight on an 18-foot pylon. Superman will measure almost 10 feet from finger to boot tip and will be the centerpiece of the Siegel and Shuster Tribute Plaza at the newly expanded Huntington Convention Center at St. Clair Avenue and Ontario Street, appropriately across from the Cleveland Justice Center.

Life-size bronze statues of Superman creators Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and Jerry’s wife (and inspiration for Lois Lane), Joanne Siegel, will gaze up at the Superman statue. Nearby will be a phone booth with a suspicious pile of clothing inside, completing the tableau.

Deming, along with Siegel and Shuster Society President (and Jerry Siegel cousin) Gary Kaplan, Leigh Goldie (Joe Shuster’s cousin) and society founding member Michael Sangiacomo will offer brief remarks and answer questions Thursday.

The Society has provided substantial funds and plan to make additional donations. No taxpayer money is being used for this project. We seek donations from ordinary citizens from all walks of life who believe that a man can fly -- at least one man.

Want to be part of Cleveland and comic book history? Tax deductible donations of any size can be made to the Siegel and Shuster Society, an all-volunteer nonprofit 501(c)(3) public charity organization through its website which goes live at noon Tuesday, June 18.

Donations can also be mailed to the Siegel and Shuster Society c/o Leigh Goldie, 23500 Mercantile Road, Suite D, Beachwood, OH, 44122.

Further information is available through Gary Kaplan at garysteven1188@gmail.com  (216-409-1722) or Michael Sangiacomo at mikesang@aol.com 216-870-0014.

DeSantis Warns Looters "We're A Second Amendment State"

Leftists are having fits over a press conference by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis when he warned people thinking about taking advantage of the Hurricane Ian disaster to loot homes and businesses.

Some leftists are screaming "racism" over the governor's warning.

From the Daily Caller:

Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis issued a stern warning during a Friday press conference in Fort Myers to would-be looters in the wake of Hurricane Ian.

“I can tell you in the state of Florida, you never know what may be lurking behind somebody’s home,” the governor cautioned, according to Fox News.

“And I would not want to chance that if I were you — given that we’re a Second Amendment state.”

Rush: The Trump Legal Team Better Deliver the Bombshell Evidence Fast

Above, Rush Limbaugh and President Trump.

When I saw the Rudy Giuliani press conference last week, my initial reaction (besides disgust) was that the lawyers for the Trump Campaign laid out well the problems in different states with the election vote tabulation. That they did not show any specific evidence was not bothersome, as I figured they are holding it for the courts instead of for the press.

Since then, the press conference became a nothing-burger in the eyes of Trump supporters. Where's the beef?

Rush Limbaugh discussed the press conference yesterday. Everything he said is right.

Here's some snippets:

You call a gigantic press conference like that, one that lasts an hour, and you announce massive bombshells, then you better have some bombshells. There better be something at that press conference other than what we got, such as a hacker who can tell us, yep, everything these guys have said is true. I’ve looked into it. I’ve run the software, I’ve hacked this, I’ve hacked that. Even put him behind a screen, if you want to protect his identity.

I talked to so many people who were blown away by it, by the very nature of the press conference. They promised blockbuster stuff, and then nothing happened. And that’s just not good. I mean, if you’re gonna promise blockbuster stuff like that, then there has — now, I understand — look, I’m the one that’s been telling everybody, this stuff doesn’t happen at warp speed, light speed the way cases are made for presentation in court, but if you’re gonna do a press conference like that with the promise of blockbusters, then there has to be something more than what that press conference delivered.

Christopher Bedford says, “There’s a problem here, and it’s more than the tens of millions of dollars hopeful Americans have poured into a legal fight they feel is necessary… The problem is this battle is far too important to be buried by conspiracy-theory accusations from the left and its media, which means it’s far too important to be left to conspiracy theorists.

“Election fraud is not just a real issue, it is a deadly serious one…” It is. This is… Folks, this is why from the very beginning, we spent a lot of time — I spent a lot time tweeting and pontificating — here that this is about the Constitution, the rule of law, and the integrity of the American electoral system. It really is about that.

It’s not about just trying to secure a legitimate victory for Trump if he had one. It’s not just that. Because if this actually is fraud — if it is fraud on the massive scale many people believe it is — then it deserves much more than conspiracy theory treatment. It deserves a serious investigation regardless how long it takes. There isn’t a time limit that’s too short.

You cannot fix this by putting an artificial time limit on it, saying, “You got two days to fix it,” or two weeks, whatever. This is crucial. This is as important as anything could be. The Constitution hangs in the balance. The electoral system hangs in the balance. If this fraud that has been widely alleged — if it occurred, it has to be found out. It has to be discovered through the courts.

It has to be discovered with evidence. It has to be persuasive and convince-able via evidence, and it needs to happen, and it needs to happen outside the purview of the humor of conspiracy theories. It’s too important. It’s too crucial. And it should not, as I say, have any kind of an artificial time limit on it. Because if this is genuine fraud, real fraud, and it’s not addressed and fixed?

"Courts Determine Elections, Not Networks", Rudy Giuliani

The liberal media attending a press conference by Rudy Giuliani think that because some networks declaring Joe Biden the winner of the presidential election ends the matter over vote fraud.

Sorry, that does not wash and Rudy Giuliani set them straight.

As Giuliani said, with arms raised up to the heavens in a "glory to God" gesture, that "elections are determined by courts, not by networks." He's exactly right.

He called the press conference with vote fraud investigators and witnesses. It was an interesting press conference. He indicated that a federal lawsuit will be filed on voting irregularities in Pennsylvania.

He called vote fraud a civil rights violation. Which is correct.

Did Jerry Nadler Take A Dump In His Pants?

Above, Jerry Nadler "letting 'er rip"?

This has not been a good week for the Democrats.

Former Vice President Joe Biden went back into hiding and his campaign put a "lid" on it, which even Democrats are starting to question.

Now, a video of Congressman Jerry Nadler has gone viral which seems to show him acting as if the "pooped" his pants at a press conference and walking away in a manner as if he did.

According to Heavy.com:

Video of Congressman Jerry Nadler looking extremely uncomfortable while exiting a press conference with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on September 23 went viral online. Nadler, who represents New York’s 10th Congressional District, sparked concerns for his health after viewers watched his unstable walk while leaving the podium.

The conservative political blog the RedState published an article with the headline asking, “Did Jerry Nadler Crap Himself on Live TV?” The site reported, “Nadler started inching his way off stage in a very awkward manner that is usually associated with someone who has either defecated on themselves or is attempting not to.”

In the video, Nadler, who also serves as the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, suddenly grabs the side of the podium he’s standing next to as Pelosi discusses new legislation called the “Protecting our Democracy” Act. He then walks off the stage appearing quite disoriented and walking extremely tentatively.

Hopefully Nancy Pelosi got a good whiff if he did!
