The significance of today is that it is Shinichi Wakasa's birthday.
Wakasa is the suit-maker of such creatures as Godzilla, Megaguirus, Mechagodzilla (Kiryu), Mothra Anguirus, Gigan, King Seesar, Rodan and many others during the past decade.
