Foreign visitors to Japan are on a pace to exceed $10 billion in spending for 2013, according to the Japan Tourism Agency.
According to News On Japan:
The agency says foreigners spent nearly 9 billion dollars in the period between January and September. That's the highest figure since the government began keeping records 3 years ago. It's also 1.7 billion dollars higher than the same period last year.To read more and see a video, go here.
