As it appears that the famed and historic Tsukiji Fish Market won't be relocated for another year, now's the time to plan your visit before it's gone.
I visited the fish market in December 2010 and I enjoyed the visit. After wanding around the inner market's vendor stalls, I headed to the outer market (where retail shops and restaurants are located) for the freshest sushi meal I've ever had.
