Before gasoline prices jumped into the stratosphere, I was planning a summer vacation trip this year to eastern Wyoming and the Black Hills region of South Dakota. I was last there in 1990.
So, I have decided to vacation this summer a lot closer to home.
But, there are those out there who are undaunted by high fuel prices and plan to go to South Dakota anyway.
