Debra Messing is one of those television celebrities who were virtually unknown until she got her big break with the show, Will & Grace. Then, she started popping up and popping off with her leftist/liberal political views.
She's one of those types regular people would conclude that she's a hopeless cause with her politics and she'd never associate with Republicans until hell freezes over.
Well, it appears that hell did freeze over as she is backing the Republican candidate for New York governor.
