People who have had guns over the years had some old favorites when they were younger.
But due to changing interests, cash needed to pay bills or other reasons they parted with them. Years later, while perusing a gun store's used guns section, they spot a gun they used to have and wish they still had it.
The Avid Outdoorsman posted a list of 20 guns that people grew up shooting and never stopped wanting to own again.

A .22 behind the kitchen door, a deer rifle that came out when the leaves turned, and a shotgun that lived in the truck during bird season. Then life happened. And years later, you catch yourself staring at a used rack thinking, I used to have one of those. Not because it was rare. Because it worked, it felt right, and it fit the kind of shooting you actually do. Here are 20 specific guns I see lifelong shooters wanting back again and again.
