Texas Lawsuit: Now It's 21 States

The Supreme Court lawsuit by Texas (Texas v. Pennsylvania, et al.) is proceeding and now 21 states have joined the Lone Star State against four swing states.

The Dallas Morning News reported:

WASHINGTON — Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s effort to overturn President-elect Joe Biden’s victory sparked a legal war between the states on Thursday.

Six fellow Republican attorneys general asked the Supreme Court to let them join Texas’ bid to nullify 10.4 million votes in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. As filings poured into the high court, they and others joined President Donald Trump at a private lunch in the Cabinet Room.

Trump has also asked the court to let him sign on to the Texas lawsuit as a plaintiff.

By the close of business Thursday, 21 states — including four led by Republican governors — had filed objections, calling Texas’ request unconstitutional, unfair and outrageous. That’s in addition to GOP-led Georgia, which is fighting the Texas suit.

Texas’ allegation is that governors or courts in the four states it is trying to sue had unlawfully expanded mail-in voting, usurping a power reserved solely for legislatures. Paxton, who co-chaired Lawyers for Trump for the president’s reelection campaign, asked the Supreme Court to let the legislatures in those states, which are all controlled by Republicans, substitute their choice of electors for the 62 collected by Biden because he won more votes.

REPUBLICAN PARTY OF NEW MEXICO SUPPORTS TEXAS ELECTION LAWSUIT TO INVALIDATE BIDEN VICTORY   RPNM JOINS REPUBLICANS NATIONWIDE IN RAISING SERIOUS LEGAL QUESTIONS ABOUT VOTING PROCEDURES IN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION   Albuquerque, December 10—The Republican Party of New Mexico stands by Texas in its lawsuit asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the results of the presidential election. More than 100 members of Congress are backing the lawsuit, which claims that returns should be nullified because voting procedures were changed to allow expanded mail-in voting.  Seventeen Republican state attorneys general have also express their support.   The Texas lawsuit was filed against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, all critical states that could have helped decide the election for President Trump.   RPNM, which continues to look into the results of the recent election here in New Mexico, agrees that too many questions remain unanswered in the ways the vote totals and counting were handled.    “We stand by the Texas lawsuit in an effort to really examine what happened in many states on Election Day,” said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce. “There are too many instances where Biden votes suddenly appear. There’s even video in one state where poll workers discover crates of votes hidden under tables after the room is emptied. This has to stop, and these kinds of shenanigans must be addressed. All the plaintiffs want is to prove to the Court that what’s happened across the country was wrong, fraudulent and that the election results must be invalidated. We cannot allow dishonest elections to happen in our nation.”

Per my NBC News colleagues: Trump may announce for 2024 on inauguration day.  Either way, he won't attend the inauguration and does not plan to invite Biden to the White House or even call him.

If this is true, and if I were Trump, I wouldn't either. Biden would be an illegitimate and bogus president. No matter what the courts do or don't do, the Democrats "won" with outright voter fraud. I refuse to even recognize him as president of the United States.

Hollywood leftists are flooding Georgia with money and people from out-of-state to register to vote in the run-off election for the state's two senate seats. They are working to get out the vote in Georgia's cemeteries!

It is imperative that we retain both senate seats as a buffer against radical leftist bills from the House of Representatives.

Many Trump voters, it is said, are sitting out this election in rage over the rigged November 3 election. I don't believe it, for they know that the only thing standing in the way of the rampant socialist agenda would be a Republican-controlled senate. You don't want Chucky Schumer to become Majority Leader, do you?

Martial Law To Hold New Election

Since the courts can't seem to do their duty to take on the obvious election fraud, it may have to come to this. Half of the people (maybe more) don't have faith in our elections. The Democrats are hell-bent on gaining power while destroying he country in the process.

The Supreme Court must take on the election fraud cases, whether or not President Trump prevails. The integrity of future elections is at stake.

If there was any justice in this country, the Supreme Court should declare the November 3 voting in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and anywhere else voter fraud is found NULL AND VOID and order a re-do.
