With heavy clouds coming in from the south, and with them a few rain sprinkles, I started getting The Beast ready for the upcoming trek to Roswell for the 2018 UFO Festival.
The main packing will be taken care of tomorrow.
Speaking of the Roswell UFO Festival, here's some news from the organizers about the opening ceremony:
 Join us at 9 a.m. Friday, July 6 for the opening ceremony in front of the International UFO Museum and Research Center. Help us celebrate Stanton Friedman Day! After the ceremony, peruse the museum at your leisure in air conditioned comfort. The UFO Festival begins downtown at 12 noon!
