Monsterland Toys called me this morning and told me the FedEx package with The Monster Movie Fan's Guide To Japan made it to G-FEST yesterday and they're selling! (Actually, I had no doubts about the last part!)
I've asked Kevin Ratliff of Monsterland Toys to send a cell phone photo of is display. I had sent him a large photo of Yuu Asakura (the one at top) so he could use it to help draw attention to The Guide.
Thus far, reports from attendees say that it is a good show. However, dealers aren't too pleased about the set-up for the dealers room and there's major problems concerning parking. This is especially troublesome as many dealers have big trucks or trailers they have to park. There are some indications that either space isn't available or that lots are charging ungodly amounts to park.
Otherwise, the reports out of Chicago are good.
