Japan is getting even more serious about getting more foreign visitors to the country.
Jiji Press reported:
Tokyo, June 25 (Jiji Press)--The Japan Tourism Agency plans to improve services at international airports in a bid to increase the number of foreign visitors to the country, agency sources said Monday.
The agency is considering establishing facilities within these airports to comprehensively offer services such as tourism and traffic information, and currency exchanges to foreigners, the sources said.

My experience with Japan's international airports have been pleasant ones. The workers have been helpful and very courteous.
