Sierra's Birthday!

Above, Sierra, then known as Claire, as shown at the South Bay Pet Adoption's Facebook page.

Today, my cat Sierra turns one year old!

I got her when she was three months old at the South Bay Pet Adoption center in Hawthorne. Her name there was "Claire". Now she's officially Sierra Claire.

She has been a good companion at home and on the road (she's been to Yosemite National Park twice) and has a good personality like our late cat Siren.

Now, she graduates to adult cat food!

For her birthday present, I got her some burlap mice toys filled with catnip.
