Since it will be 75° this afternoon, I decided that I will treat myself to a barbecued t-bone steak.
It has been a while since I had one (although I barbecued a porterhouse steak two weeks ago at Circle Pines KOA in Williams, Arizona). So I picked up a t-bone while I was grocery shopping in Gallup this morning.
Although the cardiac doctors frown on read meat, I feel that I have can have a steak every so often. Moderation is the key.
