Good Day To Barbecue

Above, enjoying the weather after a trip to Gallup.

Since it will be 75° this afternoon, I decided that I will treat myself to a barbecued t-bone steak.

It has been a while since I had one (although I barbecued a porterhouse steak two weeks ago at Circle Pines KOA in Williams, Arizona). So I picked up a t-bone while I was grocery shopping in Gallup this morning.

Although the cardiac doctors frown on read meat, I feel that I have can have a steak every so often. Moderation is the key.

Memorial Day Barbecue

For the first time in years, I used my barbecue grill to cook a t-bone steak. I figured that I can indulge a little bit. After all, it is Memorial Day.

The steak came out great.

So, tomorrow, I'll be back on my usual diet.
