Summer vacation season is almost here and if you'd like to explore some of America's national parks, Fodor's website has a great suggestion.

They posted an article, "Long Weekend in Utah's National Parks" which should entice you to want to get in touch with the natural wonders of Utah.

My late mother's favorite national park was Zion National Park.  She, my daughter Amber and I took a Labor Day weekend trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks in 2003.  It was the last time my mom visited Zion and Bryce and she was determined to hike the Weeping Rock trail in Zion.  Well, she made it at age 70!

Along with Bryce Canyon and Zion, the article also covers Capital Reef National Park, Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park along with lodging, eatery and side-trip suggestions.
