There's one thing I've never done at Grand Canyon National Park. That's staying at the Trailer Village at the South Rim's Market Plaza area. It is about a mile from the rim of the Grand Canyon.
Since it is now the off-season (meaning lesser crowds), it was easy to reservations for the stay.
I passed by Trailer Village last year but didn't stop. It is a campground for RVs with full hook-ups. Thankfully, the park's shuttle system is in operation, which includes a stop at Trailer Village. Camping at Trailer Village is $45.00/night.
I am looking forward to trying it out!
