Want To Be On The Big Screen...In Shibuya?

It looks as if the big Q-Front video screen has been taken down, what is the point of this promotion if only the small, relatively insignificant screens are in use?

I see no news item about the screen's possible removal. I only see people asking about it at TripAdvisor and Japan-guide. Can anyone confirm this? Hopefully, it will be temporary for maintenance or replacement.
