The Monster Movie Fan's Guide To Japan Progress Report
Last night, J. D. Lees and I exchanged several emails on corrections and additions (including maps and photos) to the travel guide. So things are moving right along.
One glaring error J. D. found was on the cover. Accommodations was spelled with one 'm'. Archie Waugh corrected it already (the corrected cover is at top). Funny thing, when J. D. brought it to my attention, I Googled around and found several websites with it spelled "accomodations." And some of those were from hotel and resort websites! It appears to be a fairly common misspelling.
When the final layouts are completed, I will send them off to Comixpress for publication. One interesting thing, even though the layouts would be sent to them as PDF files, they will insert any advertising into the pages I designate.
So, if you're on the fence about placing an ad (the rates are reasonable), acceptance of any ad copies will remain open until I get the final layouts from J. D.
All efforts are being made to thoroughly make sure that all errors are corrected before getting the guide to Comixpress. By error, I mean any spelling of grammatical errors. The information contained in the guide should have no errors.
