Actor Akira Takarada was recently in Dallas, Texas for a convention. While there, he toured the 6th Floor Museum in the former Texas School Book Depository and Dealey Plaza.
According to Tim Bean, the museum was one of the first places Mr. Takarada wanted to see. Additionally, Bean said, "Takarada-san purchased a replica of the presidential limo to take home with him."

I visited Dealey Plaza in 1984, before the museum opened.
