It is hard to believe sometime how time flies. We are fast approaching the second anniversary of the opening of the Tokyo Skytree.

To commemorate the anniversary, a film is now in production at the tower.

According to The Japan News (Yomiuri Shimbun):
At Tokyo Skytree, the 634-meter tower in Sumida Ward, Tokyo, a short film celebrating the second anniversary of the tower’s opening on May 22 is in production. The film is based on the true story of a family who gained a new understanding of the ties that bind them at the tower’s 350-meter-high Tembo observation deck. The film’s story was selected from among 517 submissions from the public about experiences involving Skytree. The 15-minute film, to be titled “Soranone,” is a joint production of several companies including Skytree operator Tobu Tower Skytree Co.
The film will be introduced on the day of the anniversary, and an exhibition introducing some of the submitted stories on display panels began May 2.
