Kyodo News: "Godzilla" rules at box office this week

Kyodo News, one of Japan's premier news agencies, has posted the story that "Godzilla rules at box office this week."

They reported:

"Godzilla" -- the Hollywood version of the Japanese movie with the same title -- set a new record in earning global box office revenues of $196.2 million at the weekend, U.S. media said Sunday. 

The movie also hit the top spot at the U.S. box office this week with revenue of $93.2 million, becoming second to "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" so far this year.
