Now that we're in a new month, it is time to take a peek at how the U.S. dollar is faring against the Japanese yen in Tokyo foreign exchange trading.
According to Jiji Press:
Tokyo, Aug. 31 (Jiji Press)--The dollar fell below 146 yen in Tokyo trading Thursday following sluggish U.S. economic data released overnight.
At 5 p.m., the dollar stood at 145.91-91 yen, down from 146.38-40 yen at the same time Wednesday.
