If one is planning to visit Japan, now is probably not the time to do so as the U.S. dollar remains weak in Tokyo trading.
Jiji Press reported:
Tokyo, Feb. 23 (Jiji Press)--The dollar remained weak around 107 yen in Tokyo late Friday amid lingering worries about the course of the U.S. equity market.
At 5 p.m., the dollar stood at 107.01-02 yen, down from 107.47-47 yen at the same time on Thursday.
