Probably one of the most important thing to have on hand when camping is a barbecue grill.
I bought a Weber Smokey Joe Charcoal Grill after the grill I found that the barbecue grill I bought at CVS Pharmacy didn't cook good. It made steaks tough and dry (kind of like shoe leather). The Smokey Joe cooks great and leaves steaks tender and juicy.
There are barbecue grills of all kinds out there and RV Life has a list of "Ten Best Portable Grills For Barbecuing". The Smokey Joe isn't on the list, but I give it my full personal endorsement.
