Out In The Snow

Above, the driveway and big pine. Photo by Armand Vaquer.

Before the snow turns into ice, I figured I'd best get out and do some shoveling of the walkways to the garage and the driveway ramp. It was around 25° out.

This snow seems heavier than usual. It may have a higher moisture content. By the time I was done, I was definitely winded.

In general, the deepness was about four to six inches with some areas up to eight inches deep, particularly on the ramp up to the garage.

Roger, one of my friends a mile up the hill, reported he had 10" of snow on his property.

While I was nearly done shoveling, it began to snow again.
