A few days ago, I posted that this week will be much like last week: cold and dry.
A little while ago, I received a notice on my phone that there is a chance of snow showers in the next 24 hours in Jamestown, New Mexico.
That sent me over to the National Weather Service website and, sure enough, there is a chance of snow showers tonight and later this week.
The current forecast:
Today
Increasing clouds, with a high near 47. West wind 5 to 15 mph.
Tonight
A slight chance of rain and snow showers before 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 28. West wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Wednesday
Mostly cloudy, with a high near 42. West wind around 5 mph.
Wednesday Night
Mostly cloudy, with a low around 21. Calm wind.
Thursday
Partly sunny, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 42. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph in the afternoon.
Thursday Night
Increasing clouds, with a low around 20.
Friday
Partly sunny, with a high near 43.
Friday Night
A 20 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 23.
Saturday
A 30 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 37.
