Now that the Japanese government has announced an extension of their entry ban on foreign visitors to the end of February (it'll likely be extended beyond that and I'd be surprised if it isn't), we have plenty of time to plan a visit when it finally reopens.
The Travel has posted a list of best 10 things to do when visiting Japan. I've already done seven of them and are worth a visit.
