The JR Yamanote Line that encircles central Tokyo will be getting its 30th station by 2020, the year of the Tokyo Olympics.
According to News on Japan:
The new station, to be built on the waterfront area between Shinagawa and Tamachi stations-a distance of 2.2 kilometers-will be the first new station on the line since 1971, JR East said.To read more, go here.
