Since I have only about a cup's worth of Aunt Jemima pancake mix left, I decided to try out Cousin T's pancake mix.
I absolutely refuse to buy from a company who'd rather be woke instead of right in changing the brand from Aunt Jemima to Pearl Milling Company, a name that sounds unappetizing like a "gravel mining company".
It was a move by parent company Quaker Oats Company that had even angered the families of Nancy Green, Lillian Richard and Anna Short Harrington, the models for the "Aunt Jemima" character trademark over the years.

This morning, I received an email from Cousin T's notifying me that my order has been shipped. I am looking forward to receiving it and trying it out.
