Interest in the upcoming Godzilla Minus Zero is rising. It is slated to hit theaters next month and the word-of-mouth is that it will top Godzilla Minus One. We'll see.
However, that's not the end of Godzilla news. Dread Central is reporting that a sequel to 2016's Shin Godzilla will begin filming next month in Japan.
They wrote:
We might be getting another Shin Godzilla. And the casting rumor makes this even more interesting.
Japanese outlet Smart FLASH reports that a sequel to the phenomenal 2016 film is quietly moving forward, with filming allegedly scheduled to begin in November. Its unnamed film-industry source claims Hiroki Hasegawa and other principal cast members are expected to return, joined by stars Tasuku Emoto (Shin Kamen Rider) and Minami Hamabe.
