Moments ago, I spotted this at the National Weather Service for Jamestown New Mexico:
Sunday
A slight chance of rain and snow showers before 9am, then a slight chance of rain showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 61. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
I doubt that the snow showers will come, but one never knows. We've received some snow in October a few times since I've moved here over eight years ago.
