Climate Madness: Kill 200,000 Dairy Cows

The United States isn't the only country in the west with Leftist lunatics.

The Left in Ireland wants to destroy the dairy farm industry. All in the name of climate change.

The Federalist Papers reported:

The high priests of climate change are at it again, this time decreeing that 200,000 dairy cows must be put to death to satisfy the left’s global warming religion.

This latest outrage is coming from government officials in Ireland who have announced the destruction of tens of thousands of dairy cows so that officials can meet their climate change goals.

One proposal claims that by reducing the country’s dairy herd by 10 percent, the equivalent of removing 65,000 cows a year for three years, will help officials meet their emissions reduction plans, according to Farmers Weekly citing the Irish Independent newspaper.

 The Telegraph’s Jamie Blackett called the whole plan a sort of “madness.” 

“Spending vast sums of taxpayer’s money on destroying productive animals would be a perfect summation of the net zero madness infecting the West. The Irish Department of Agriculture has said that the report was just a ‘modeling document’, but no sane government would even get to the point of including such a plan in ‘a deliberative process’” Why? Because it is irrational,” he wrote.

“The government’s Environmental Protection Agency produced a report in February this year proposing a 30% reduction in Irish cattle, which would equate to killing well over half a million cows,” the outlet reported.

Governments are also pushing synthetic foods in hopes of replacing real food.

Such “innovations” presumably include eliminating meat and forcing everyone to eat bugs. Other “solutions” could involve the development of synthetic meats that apparently contain precancerous cells.

These sort of harebrained schemes to meet climate goals are the talk of leftist governments everywhere, granted. Recently President Joe Biden’s “climate czar,” John Kerry, also talked of targeting America’s family farms for destruction to satisfy the left’s climate change obsession.

Resolution To Fine "Pencilneck" $16 Million Proposed

A resolution to fine California Rep. Adam "Pencilneck" Schiff has been introduced in congress.

The Federalist Papers reported:

Standing up to the reprehensible and basically treasonous lies perpetuated by leading Democrats in Congress, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., has introduced a resolution that seeks to impose a $16 million fine on Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., for his unsubstantiated claims of collusion between former President Trump and Russia during the 2016 election.

Luna argues that this amount represents approximately half of the total cost incurred by American taxpayers for the federal investigation into the debunked Trump-Russia collusion narrative, as confirmed by special counsel reports from Robert Mueller and John Durham.

Luna, along with the GOP Conference, asserts that Adam Schiff has flagrantly breached the trust of the American people, abused his positions of authority, and engaged in a consistent pattern of falsehoods.

The resolution states, “By repeatedly telling these falsehoods, Representative Schiff purposely deceived his Committee, Congress, and the American people.”

It further points out that Schiff lent credibility to the controversial Steele dossier, supported a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant against Trump aide Carter Page, and publicly labeled Page as a Russian collaborator.

The $16 million fine represents 50% of what the taxpayers had to pay for Schiff's "investigations".

"Green New Deal" A Socialist Fraud

The new Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez unveiled her "Green New Deal" and a number of Democrats, including several presidential candidates, signed on.

But, as Mark Penn notes, it has more in common with Mao's "Cultural Revolution" than FDR's "New Deal" of the 1930s.

Penn wrote in Fox News:

The “Green New Deal” is not green at all. If anything it’s a raw, red deal. It calls for a government takeover of our wage, and of our energy, housing, health care and transportation sectors. It has more in common with Mao’s Cultural Revolution than it does FDR’s New Deal, which lifted millions out of the Great Depression. 

Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez announced this resolution with Massachusetts Democratic Sen. Ed Marky and a bevy of supporting congressmen.
One wonders if anyone actually read it. 

One section says that in the spirit of democracy that only people from “frontline and vulnerable communities and workers” will “plan, run and administer” all of these massive green deal programs. 

Just as Mao’s Cultural Revolution empowered students over their parents, so this bill sets up identity politics groups as having power over the major sectors of the economy. It even calls for a national “mobilization,“ as Mao did. 

Referencing historical discrimination, this bill in effect does away with one person one vote, or democracy as we know it, since in this resolution, redress of the past requires that only these designated groups would have a say in running this plan, whose administration would in effect be the domestic policy of the country.

After people started examining her plan and picking it apart, Ocasio-Cortez removed it from her website and claimed people were mischaracterizing it. But thanks to The Wayback Machine, she was caught in a blatant lie, as The Federalist Papers notes.

Democrats Refused To Pay Federal Workers During Shutdown

It has been obvious that the Democrats OWN this partial government shutdown by their refusal to come to the bargaining table with President Trump and rejecting Trump's proposal that was announced last Saturday.

They did something else that is additional proof of their #PelosiShutdown ownership. The Democrats refused to pay federals workers during the shutdown.

If you needed more proof that Democrats are responsible for the government shutdown this is it. 

Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw reported on Twitter that Republicans had a plan to pay federal workers during the shutdown. 

But that proposal did not pass because all but 6 Democrats voted against it. 

“Big deal that never got reported: 

“Last week, House GOP voted to pay federal employees their 1st paycheck of 2019, despite shutdown. Only 6 Dems voted with us. It failed. 

“Dem priority is not paying workers or opening gov’t. It is opposing Trump,” he said.
