Democrats Seek To Abolish The First Amendment

The Democrats and their media and social media toadies (think Mark Zuckerberg) have been hell-bent on censoring or "fact-checking" viewpoints contrary to theirs.

They are not even trying to hide it.

They are determined to undermine or, perhaps, destroy the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  

The Washington Examiner has posted an article on how the radical Left is seeking to abolish the First Amendment.

It begins with:

When a political movement’s only guiding principle is an insatiable lust for power, the free exchange of ideas becomes public enemy No. 1. It should come as no surprise that the party that booed God at its national convention and has largely replaced faith with the perverse worship of the state feels that the ends always justify the means.

From author Fran Lebowitz suggesting that President Joe Biden should dissolve the Supreme Court to regime journalists openly calling for the destruction of the U.S. Constitution, Democrats have become increasingly comfortable with publicly displaying their radicalism. In their minds, the enemy is not poverty, inflation, or threats by foreign enemies but freedom itself. As the Left attempts to remake America into a totalitarian, multicultural nightmare, the first two amendments to the Constitution are the only bulwarks standing in its way.

Democrats have been thoroughly defeated on the Second Amendment front. A majority of people can now legally defend their families without a permission slip from the state, and the tens of millions of AR-15, AR-10, and AK-47-style rifles in civilian hands all but guarantee that the gun confiscation plans of authoritarian Democrats are doomed to fail. 

For a variety of reasons, the First Amendment is more difficult to defend. The public has grown accustomed to censorship by the state. Democrats successfully used a coordinated, unconstitutional censorship campaign to win the 2020 presidential election, and they view the continued perversion of the First Amendment, or its outright elimination, as the path forward toward achieving their communistic goals. 

It is imperative that the voters must vote out of office as many radical Democrats as they can and defeat Kamala Harris this November.

There They Go Again!

I don't know what the problem is, but Facebook seems to be targeting me and my posts.

The latest occured only minutes ago on my post on Never Say Never Again.  They removed the post. As I am about to embark on a vacation in Nassau, Bahamas and tied it with the movie. Facebook deemed the post as "spam" like another Bahamas-related post on its weather of the other day.

Either they have screwed up algorithms in their system or they just have a major "hair up their asses".

In the latest post, I mainly posted YouTube videos on its main theme song, an interview with Sean Connery and a "making of" documentary on the movie. 

As I did in the previous post removal, I requested a review. So far, I have heard nothing further on the other post review request. 

Facebook is just nuts. Maybe they are accelerating this activity due to this year being an election year. 

Election Interference Is Beginning, Folks!

The New York Post reported:

Through false labels, confused artificial intelligence and strange search results, Big Tech has been suppressing coverage of the assassination attempt against Donald Trump, The Post has found.

Meta’s AI assistant claimed the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump was a “fictional” event — but had plenty to say about Democratic rival Kamala Harris’ run for the White House.

The head-scratching results from what Mark Zuckerberg’s tech giant bills as the most intelligent AI assistant comes after Google’s dominant search engine failed to bring up the July 13 shooting when prompted on its search bar.

And Meta’s Facebook acknowledged that it mistakenly censored the iconic image of Trump with his fist raised in the immediate aftermath of the July 13 shooting in Pennsylvania.

Facebook Down Worldwide

I had a feeling something was askew with Facebook this morning when I tried to share a blog post at Facebook.

The usual way of doing so was not working right, but I eventually got it done. It was sort of "going the long way around the barn."

According to the Daily Mail:

Meta's Facebook, Messenger and Instagram are down worldwide, leaving hundreds of thousands of users unable to access the social media platforms.

The issues appeared around 10:20am ET and are impacting both social media sites' apps and website.

The main issue was that I was unable to log back in. We'll just have to wait it all out.

I still am having trouble logging in despite changing my passcode and entering various codes.

New Mexico Sues Zuckerberg's Meta Over Child Predator Activity

The state of New Mexico is suing Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram for allegedly not shielding children from predators.

Attorney General Raúl Torrez is not one of my favorites in this state, but if the allegations are correct, kudos to him.

The Piñon Post reported:

New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez has unveiled a lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta, alleging that Facebook and Instagram are exposing children to explicit content and facilitating the activities of child predators. In a press release, AG Torrez stated, “Our investigation into Meta’s social media platforms demonstrates that they are not safe spaces for children but rather prime locations for predators to trade child pornography and solicit minors for sex.”

Torrez, a career prosecutor specializing in internet crimes against children, emphasized his commitment to using every available tool to halt these disturbing practices and hold companies accountable when prioritizing profits over children’s safety. The attorney general disclosed that an undercover investigation of Meta’s platforms was conducted over several months, involving the creation of decoy accounts for children aged 14 and younger.

The lawsuit outlines troubling findings, accusing Meta of proactively directing sexually explicit content to underage users, enabling adults to contact and pressure minors for explicit imagery, recommending participation in unmoderated Facebook groups facilitating commercial sex, and allowing the sharing and selling of a vast volume of child pornography.

Despite assurances to Congress and the public, Torrez alleges that Meta’s executives, including Mark Zuckerberg, are aware of the harm their products pose to young users and have failed to implement sufficient changes. The complaint asserts that Meta fails to remove Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) across its platforms and facilitates the solicitation of underage users for illicit content and participation in commercial sex.ng of a vast volume of child pornography.

Gang of Biden Staffers Who Stifled Speech On Social Media

The censorship of social media posts at Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other sites by the Biden Administration is no surprise to those of us who had been censored and shadow-banned.

But a recent lawsuit against the Biden Administration led a federal judge to "out" the Biden staffers who conducted violations of the First Amendment in the U.S. Constitution.

The Washington Times reported (some snippets):

A federal judge who excoriated the Biden administration for pressuring social media platforms to censor Americans’ speech shined a light on a group of obscure but powerful White House staffers who leaned on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other sites to remove posts and ban users whose content they opposed.

U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty, acting on a lawsuit filed against the Biden administration by two states and a group of plaintiffs, said the case “arguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in United States’ history.”

Court documents show that while top Biden administration officials such as Dr. Anthony Fauci sought publicly and privately to censor social media posts over COVID-19 content, the task was more extensively carried out behind the scenes by a select band of staffers. 

The effort began almost as soon as Mr. Biden entered the White House with a Jan. 23, 2021, email from Clarke Humphrey, then the digital director for the administration‘s COVID-19 response team.

Mr. Humphrey emailed Twitter officials at 1 a.m. on Mr. Biden’s third day in office and asked them to remove a tweet posted a day earlier by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. that suggested, without evidence, that the death of Hank Aaron, 86, could be tied to the coronavirus vaccine. 

The job of policing social media appeared to fall mostly to Mr. Humphrey’s White House colleague, Rob Flaherty, who recently left the administration, reportedly to take a job in President Biden’s reelection campaign.

While Mr. Flaherty strong-armed Twitter and Facebook to cooperate with the White House, another staffer, Andy Slavitt, ramped up the effort by threatening the social media platforms with federal action. 

Carol Crawford, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s digital media director, also helped carry out the White House‘s censorship scheme.

Ex-CIA Agent Promoted to Meta/Facebook’s “Head of Election Policies”

If you thought that Mark Zuckerberg and company at Facebook/Meta will treat conservatives fairly in 2024 the elections, you'd best put that silly notion out of your head.

Zuckerberg and company has promoted an ex-CIA goon to "Head of Elections Policies". In other words, he will be in charge of censorship at Facebook.

As the Big-Tech censorship apparatus in social media continues to roll on at full steam ahead of the 2024 Election, a former 17-year veteran of the CIA, Aaron Berman, has reportedly been promoted to the “Head of Elections Policies” for Meta/Facebook.  Berman was a “Senior Analytic Manager (and various positions)” for the CIA from March 2002 thru July 2019.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, infamously donated $440 million to the CTCL and other non-profits, including ERIC-founder David Becker’s CEIR to help “supplement” elections during COVID.  This money disproportionately went to Democrat strongholds, especially in the key swing states.

Facebook/Meta was also one of the social media platforms mentioned by the “Election Integrity Partnership” (EIP) and Stanford Internet Observatory in a report, which promoted the censoring of hundreds of thousands of posts and conservative voices from discussing events that occurred around the highly-suspect 2020 Election.  The report published by the EIP, titled “The Long Fuse”, laid out, among other things, how the government and election officials could use the EI-ISAC as a “singular conduit” for reporting ‘misinformation’ to social media platforms in an attempt to subvert the First Amendment protections of US citizens against government censorship.

Ironically, as mentioned in the article below from The Gateway Pundit, the EI-ISAC, a subsidiary of the Center for Internet Security (CIS), was also engaged in “securing” elections at the county level through the Dept. of Homeland Security.  DHS offered free security services to county election jurisdictions, many of which accepted the offer.

The release of the Twitter Files revealed a plethora of former government bureaucrats, many of them former intel agency employees, that transitioned to leadership roles within the social media companies and were often responsible for the censoring of the respective platform’s users.  In continuing with that trend, Berman, who was previously the “senior product policy manager for misinformation” at Meta, has reportedly been promoted to the “Head of Elections Policies.”

Lifted Restrictions

As far as I can tell, the Facebook restrictions I was in for the past few days (since Thursday) have been lifted. At least it wasn't a total stint in Facebook jail.

Supposedly some will be in effect until April 5. One was being able to post in the groups I am a member of. I found that's still in effect. I was able to post in The Monster Movie Fan's Guide To Japan group that I manage during the restriction time.

We shall see.

I don't understand this. Campervan Kevin is one of the nicest folks in the YouTube camping world.

Twitter Files: It Just Gets Dirtier With Government "Secret Portal"

Thanks to Elon Musk, we now know that the government had a secret portal in Twitter to censor free speech by reporting anything they felt was "misinformation."

Twitter Files 4 has been released.

The Gateway Pundit reported:

More damning evidence of collusion between the CDC and social media companies to stifle free speech and censor the public was revealed in the fourth batch of explosive documents obtained from litigation against the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released by the nonprofit organization America First Legal (AFL).

Twitter allowed government officials and other “stakeholders” to use a secret portal called, “Partner Support Portal” to report anything they believed to be “misinformation.”

Previously, back in July 2021, TGP reported on Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai and his investigation, where he uncovered Twitter’s “partner support portal.”

Dr. Shiva discovered that Twitter built a special portal offered to certain governmental entities so that government officials can flag and delete content they dislike for any reason, as part of what they call their “Twitter Partner Status.”

Now there is more evidence to back up this theory.

According to documents obtained by AFL, one government employee was enrolled in this Portal through their personal Twitter account.

Other publicly available documents indicated that Facebook had adopted a similar strategy for censoring content concerning rigged elections.

According to AFL, “This production also reveals that the U.S. government was actively working to “socially inoculate”–or brainwashing–the public against anything that threatened its narrative. It did so by using aligned Big Tech corporations to monitor and manipulate users for the purposes of censoring unapproved information and pushing government propaganda. For example, Facebook sent written materials to the CDC in which it bragged about censoring more than sixteen million “pieces of content” containing opinions or information the U.S. government wanted suppressed.”

Funny how the drive-by media has avoided the Twitter Files story.

If He Buys Parler, Do Say "Hear Ye!"?

Elon Musk isn't the only one seeking to buy a social media platform to counter the left-wing-owned Twitter and Facebook platforms. 

It was announced three hours ago on Parler:

Parlement Technologies is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement in principle for Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, to acquire the Parler platform. The acquisition ensures Parler a future role in creating an uncancelable ecosystem where all voices are welcome.

Says Parler CEO George Farmer, “This deal will change the world, and change the way the world thinks about free speech. Ye is making a groundbreaking move into the free speech media space and will never have to fear being removed from social media again.”

If he acquires Parler, things should get interesting!

Since Facebook persists on having "fact-checkers" stick their noses into conservative posts to inject their "opinions" (as stated in court a few months ago), I finally joined up with former President Donald Trump's new social media site Truth Social yesterday.

It is kind of like Twitter, except conservatives aren't harassed by "fact-checkers".

"Camping" A New Code Word For Abortion

The lunacy of the far Left knows no bounds.

The Democrats in New York are introducing legislation to try to circumvent the recent Supreme Court ruling on constitutional carry of guns. 

Now, our favorite mode of vacationing, camping, is being used as a code word for abortion! Do you think that's crazy? Well, it is. But it isn't the first time an innocent word was perverted to mean something else. The word "gay" is a perfect example. 

Now the word "camping" the victim.

According to RV Travel:

RVers and all camping enthusiasts may think their favorite pastime is far removed from the country’s heated debate over abortion access, but that isn’t necessarily so.

Online social media posts offering to take people “camping” have suddenly become coded language for those supposedly offering aid to pregnant women seeking abortions who may live in states that ban the procedure. The posts include offers of transportation or out-of-state housing.

You might wonder how in the world a seemingly innocuous word like camping now finds itself being bandied about the internet by those in the forefront of the contentious abortion debate. It seems using a “code word” like camping instead of the word abortion is an effort to avoid algorithmic censorship on social media, and even potential detection by law enforcement agencies.

It all sounds so silly until you consider the potential fallout from abortion rights advocates using “camping” as a code word to avoid detection.

Is Donald Trump Back On Twitter?

It appears that former President Donald Trump is back on Twitter.

Or is he?

The reason I question it is because there is no blue checkmark next to his name indicating that the account was vetted by Twitter to authenticate it.

Here's Elon Musk's with the blue checkmark as an example:

So, until a blue checkmark thingy appears with Trump's tweets, I would be dubious if it is actually him. It could be an imposter there to cause trouble.

Twitter Set To Accept Musk's $43 Billion Bid

Above, liberal snowflakes are poised to have massive coronary arrests.

It appears that free speech will be coming to Twitter, if reports are accurate.

The New York Post reported:

Twitter is reportedly on the verge of accepting Elon Musk’s $43 billion bid to take the social network private, according to a report.

Twitter may announce it has accepted Musk’s offer later on Monday once its board has met to recommend the transaction to Twitter shareholders, sources told Reuters. The talks are fluid and the deal could still fall apart, the sources added.

The Monday report by Reuters sent shares of Twitter soaring by more than 5% in premarket trading on Monday. 

This'll send liberal snowflakes into cardiac arrest if the deal is completed.

BREAKING: Barack Obama, the corrupt former president who used federal agencies to harass and spy on political opponents, calls for further censorship and government regulation suppressing free speech on Big Tech platforms. - Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch on Twitter last night.

Yesterday, ex-President Barack Obama gave a speech at Stanford University filled with truckloads of B.S. The speech was so patently so full of baloney that I won't even bother to review it.

Two days before, he posted a Twitter tweet filled with much of the same baloney that the New York Post included it in their "The Week In Whoppers".

We say: What a laugher. The man who won the 2013 “Lie of the Year” award from (left-leaning) fact-checker PolitiFact for assuring Americans they could keep their health plans under ObamaCare suddenly wants to combat “disinformation.” Anyone seriously think he’ll criticize those who spread “disinfo” like the Russian-Trump collusion hoax — or the claim that The Post’s 2020 exposé of e-mails on Hunter Biden’s laptop was itself “Russian disinformation”? Ha!
