We're now in a new month and 2023 is half over. It is time to see how the U.S. dollar is doing against the Japanese yen in Tokyo's foreign exchange.
According to Jiji Press, here's how the dollar finished up June:
Tokyo, June 30 (Jiji Press)--The dollar failed to extend gains after breaching 145.00 yen for the first time in seven and a half months in Tokyo trading Friday.
At 5 p.m., the dollar stood at 144.84-85 yen, up from 144.31-32 yen at the same time Thursday.
