Japan Rail Guidebook Announced

Travelers with dreams of riding a Japanese bullet train and touring the country on its world famous train system will now have an exciting new advantage. The book, set to be shipped starting from the end of February, is a comprehensive guide for traveling anywhere in Japan by train. Readers will also find twelve suggested itineraries and detailed maps interspersed throughout the book.

The back of the guide includes articles and advice on how to make the most of your train travel. Different articles teach travelers the best places to buy food for the train (“ekiben”), how to plan your entire trip down to the minute online, and when and where to see the sights of Japan-- rolling mountains, vast rice fields and oceans-- out of your train window.
