For one who has traveled to Japan seven times, I still find it interesting to read about other people's experiences there and to see their photographs.
One of the writers at the Anime News Network (ANN) recently visited Japan and just posted the first part (he will do several as he indicates that the next one will cover Harajuku, Shinjuku and more) of his travelogue.
The article covers his visits to Asakusa, Odaiba (including Gundam Front) and Akihabara. He calls his trip "Nerd Tour Japan 2014." Plenty of photographs are included with the article.
