There must be smiles galore at the All Nippon Airways Group headquarters.
The Asahi Shimbun reported:
All Nippon Airways Group has been awarded the highest 5-star rating for the second year in a row by Skytrax, the world’s leading airline and airport rating company based in Britain, ANA said March 17.
Besides ANA, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways and Qatar Airways are the only four airlines to have earned the 5-star rating in 2014.U.S. air carriers can learn a few things from ANA and the other carriers listed above. I am not surprised about Singapore Airlines being also given a 5-star rating. Their customer service is superb! That's the difference between airlines who treat passengers like cattle and those who treat them like kings or queens.
