There is some good news on the foreign exchange front between the U.S. dollar and the Japanese yen.
The Japan Times reported:
The dollar firmed against the yen in Tokyo trading Wednesday, briefly hitting a three-week high of ¥103.
At 5 p.m., the dollar stood at ¥102.78-82, up from ¥102.39-40 at the same time Tuesday.
