In the opening page of the National Weather Service, it reads:
A system will approach the Four Corners and southern Plains on Thursday to produce a few hazards. Heavy snow is expected in the central and southern Rockies.
That's where I am at.
Today, though, was one of the warmest, if not THE warmest, days in weeks. It got to around 60° today. So it will be interesting to see if the system approaching the area dumps any snow or rain on the region.
I spent a good portion of the afternoon with Larry, one of my friends in Jamestown, to take him into Gallup so he could get his first COVID19 vaccination injection. He bought himself a former medical bus and has yet to modify it so he can drive it. So I took him for his appointment at the Gallup Community Center in it.
Fortunately, I am familiar with the Community Center as I attended a gun show there two years ago.
While in Gallup, I had a couple of errands of my own to do, which were done in short order.
It was nice to have some warm comfortable weather.
