Light Dusting (So Far)

Now that the sun is up, I can see that we got a little light dusting of snow overnight.

We are now under a Winter Weather Advisory until 11:00 tonight (but that can always change). So it's likely that we'll be getting more of the white stuff today and, maybe, tomorrow.

According to the National Weather Service for Jamestown, New Mexico:

 Today

A 50 percent chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 37. West wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Total daytime snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
Tonight
A 40 percent chance of snow showers. Cloudy, with a low around 24. Southwest wind 15 to 20 mph. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.
Sunday
A 40 percent chance of snow showers, mainly before 11am. Areas of blowing snow after 11am. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 45. Windy, with a west wind 25 to 30 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
