There's a lot of different terminology for different things these days. Quite often, people get terms confused and use them for one thing when they actually mean something else. And, there is some overlap.
Do It Yourself RV tackles the terms RVing and overlanding. They are two different things, but on occasion, they do overlap.

Getting away from it all, traveling from place to place, and seeing the country. These words probably make you think of RVing, but there’s a chance you thought of a different word: overlanding.
