The mechanic finished with the Jeep yesterday afternoon. It basically needed a good tune-up. As was speculated earlier, it did need new points as well as a new condenser.
I could have gotten it taken care of weeks/months ago, but with the cold and snowy weather we had, I decided to wait until it got warmer out with no snow.
I picked it up (thanks to Greg Lucier) and drove it back to Jamestown on Historic Route 66 until the end of the road at the Iyanbito Bridge. Then, I drove the final two miles on Interstate 40 to my exit.
It drove well.
A little while ago, I took a drive around our subdivision. It was nice being able to drive it around again. I will likely take into Six Mile Canyon.
