A new survey of airlines revealed the ten most reliable airlines for on-time departures and arrivals.
According to an article posted in the Edmonton Sun:
A new survey from Flightstats.com has revealed the 10 most reliable airlines on Earth for on-time airport arrivals and departures. Japan Airlines topped the list, with a 93% on-time departure rate.
Flightstats.com calculated the on-time performance for departures based on leaving within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, while arrivals was within 14 minutes of the scheduled arrival time.One other Japanese airline made the top ten list as had one Korean and one U.S. airline.

i think more essential product here is the amount of improve. All we know that the middle of severity of flight tickets is sliding towards eastern. As it is apparent on the prices.
