After spending some time yesterday discussing where to go when my ex-roommate Jessica comes for a visit this summer, we decided to go to Durango to ride the train and, from there, go to Navajo Lake State Park near Farmington, New Mexico for some jet skiing or boating.
I have never been to Navajo Lake, so I am looking forward to checking it out. It is along the way home (roughly) from Durango, so it works out great. Camping for RVs is $14/night, with hook-ups. Nice and cheap!

We should be able to do both and get home on one tankful of gasoline.
