From the looks of the above weather map from the National Weather Service, it appears that everywhere in the U.S. will be having severe winter storms with the exception of California and the Southwestern states (except for the eastern halfs of Colorado and New Mexico).
My trip to Lake Havasu for Christmas depended upon how good or bad the weather would be along Interstate 40 in Flagstaff, Arizona. If there would be a snowstorm there, I would skip going as I do not relish fighting snow and idiotic truckers who don't know how to slow down in snowstorms.
But it looks like weather will be good in the area. Their next chance for snow will come Tuesday. I will be home before then.
