Lujan Grisham Tests Positive For COVID-19 For 3rd Time

The governor of New Mexico, Michelle Lujan Grisham, who shut down the state and destroyed hundreds of businesses and jobs, has tested positive (again!) for COVID-19. Sometimes it is amazing how karma works (and how the so-called vaccine doesn't)!

According to Piñon Post:

In an unexpected turn of events, the Office of Democrat Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham confirmed Monday in a press release that the governor has tested positive for COVID-19. The statement noted that Governor Lujan Grisham is currently “experiencing some minimal symptoms.”

Lujan Grisham previously tested positive for the virus in August of 2022 and in November of 2022.

Bird Craps On Joe Biden

Karma works in mysterious and, sometimes, funny ways.

Right out of an Alfred Hitchcock movie, His Fraudulency Joe Biden was giving a speech in Iowa when a bird decided to show his/her disapproval of the job he's doing and let loose.

Sen. Ben Ray Lujan Suffers Stroke

Above, Sen. Ben Ray Lujan. Official portrait.

Karma being what it is, I am not one who would wish ill on anyone, not even a member of the opposite party.

The Associated Press reported:

WASHINGTON (AP) — Democratic Sen. Ben Ray Luján of New Mexico suffers stroke, expected to make 'full recovery,' office says.

According to CBS News:

Senator Ben Ray Luján of New Mexico is recovering in a hospital after experiencing a stroke, according to his office.

Luján, 49, underwent decompressive surgery to ease swelling after he was found to have suffered a stroke in his cerebellum that affected his balance, his chief of staff Carlos Sanchez said. Luján had checked himself into Christus St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Santa Fe after he felt dizzy and fatigued Thursday morning, and then was transferred to UNM Hospital in Albuquerque for further evaluation.

At 49, that seems awfully young to have a stroke. Perhaps some lifestyle and diet changes are in order.

Best wishes to Sen. Lujan for a speedy recovery.

Karma: Democrat Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon Carjacked

"Are we supposed to feel sorry for progressive, defund-the-police Democrats who must then endure the consequences of their own policies? It’s hard for me to work up the required emotion to do so. In fact, I have to resist the temptation to be gleeful here." - Dinesh D'Souza.

Sweden and Karma Defeat U.S. Women's Soccer Team

From the Daily Wire:

The U.S. women’s soccer team took a devastating 3-0 loss to Sweden early Wednesday morning in their Tokyo Olympic opener, breaking their 44-game winning streak.

All 22 players on Team USA took a knee in solidarity with the radical leftist group Black Lives Matter before the game, a major point of contention with U.S. fans.

Serves them right! Since all 22 players took a knee, then karma nailed their asses real good!

I would congratulate Sweden for their win, but they also took a knee before the game as did other teams.

Van Nuys Robbery Pursuit: A Suspect Looks Familiar!

While watching the news tonight on KNBC Channel 4 this evening, I saw a video of a police pursuit of a burglary suspect that took place in the Van Nuys/North Hollywood area.

Of course I watched it, but something stunning came on the screen towards the end.

But first, here's the story from ABC7.:
The suspect drove erratically through surface streets, narrowly missing other cars and pedestrians at times.
Once the suspect ditched the car and started running, officers caught up to him and tackled him.
A female passenger who jumped out of the vehicle during the pursuit ran into a construction area. She was eventually captured and taken away in an ambulance.
When the female suspect jumped (or fell) out of the Jeep, she was hanging onto the door and appeared to be dragged several yards on her knees (that must have been painful). No wonder she needed an ambulance later.

Here's a video from Fox 11 News (the female suspect is shown being carried to an ambulance at about 37 minutes into the video):

What caught my attention on the KNBC video was that the female suspect on a stretcher looked very familiar! I can't say with 100% certainty, but she sure as hell looked like my ex-fiancee!

The KNBC video that was broadcast had a much closer shot of her, but it was fleeting. I saw it twice and the woman did look like her (hopefully not, for her son's sake). Unfortunately, the KNBC video on their website does not include the shot of the female suspect on the gurney.

The Fox 11 video shows her, but it is too far away for me to make a positive identification.

My "honorary sister" said after I sent her a screen capture of the female subject:
It is not beyond belief with that one.  It may be possible to find out.  For her to even be up to anything illegal is not beyond reason, either.
Here's two screen captures from the above Fox 11 video:

Maybe it's her, or maybe not. As my "honorary sister" said, it may be possible to find out. After arraignment, suspects are taken into custody by the Los Angeles County Sheriff. There, suspect information can be obtained from their website. The media will also post the names of the suspects.

If it is her, karma finally caught up with her!

(UPDATE 12/1/17): It wasn't her. They say "everyone has a double", and this gal sure has a close resemblance.

"Hot Bench" Reactions

The Hot Bench episode I participated in aired today. As I am on the road (I am in Elk City, Oklahoma right now), I haven't been able to view it. A friend made a DVD-R of it and is sending it to me.

But several people I know did view it and they sent me their reactions (via Facebook and email).

Here are some of the comments:
  • I think the female judges were very biased. You were very respectful and kept your cool even though I know there was a lot more you wanted to say. They would cut you off and you did not challenge them.

  • Let me be blunt with an old friend, OK? It was a living definition of the term Pyrrhic victory.

  • No engagement, no sexual relationship, etc.  Wow.  What a liar!  Her comments afterwards were about as ridiculous as could be.  MAJOR gold-digger!

  • I was so transfixed staring at her in utter horror.  She has a major attitude problem.  And she is a bitch, pure and simple. I didn't like her at all before, but now I hope she becomes roommates with Hillary in the future.

  • Wow!  She was smirking and showing her true self in the post-interview. At least you came across well.

  • She kept a very blank face and was good in that regard IN the "courtroom."  She didn't completely deny the conversation about how the engagement came about, which gave her some credibility. She came across as not truthful about just being friends. The best thing she had going for her was not reacting much to what was said. Her answers though were sickening. No one could possibly think you were just doing all that you did for her to help her out as just friends.  At the end though, when interviewed outside, she showed her true side, and got sarcastic and smirky, and totally unrepentant.

  • She came across as a total gold-digger in that post interview.  At least you maintained dignity throughout. Unreal! She should be so ashamed of herself!  If indeed she did tell her mom about you, I wonder if she ever told her dad, and if they will find out about this.

  • Too bad the real facts didn't come out.  Mail clerk, should have been spelled male clerk.  But she kind of made it clear what she is when she talked of her being at the gentleman's club. Yup, thanks for confirming what you are, Denise!*

  • This was spellbinding! Given the circumstances, you showed a lot of class. She showed no class at all! It is amazing you put up with her bullshit as long as you did. Has she ever apologized for everything she did to you?

  • You could've given her a very nice interesting comfortable life. But I have a feeling she doesn't deserve that.

  • She kind of slumps her shoulders but maybe that's because of those new big boobs you bought her.

  • Hi saw you on Hot Bench..you seem so nice..i was hoping you got everything you sued for..wanted to say im sorry you didn't.  I hate to see anyone taking advantage of someone..which she obviously did.

  • I recorded the show months ago and finally got around to viewing it. Too bad you had to go through this. You effectively branded her as a narcissist. Red flags are essential to bail immediately on someone or just have a very quick fling because they're hot. Red flags I learned that will make me bail immediately which I discovered after being heartbroken by my ex narcissist psycho bitch are:
-She told me right away, "I push people away."
-a million selfies that never stop. Ridiculous alone in car "photoshoots." Retarded.
-Loud chaotic alcoholic poor family.
-No father
-Every ex boyfriend is an ass hole "creepy stalker." Right, all of them?
- Revolving door of friends. No consistent girlfriends. Lots of male orbiters on Instagram though.
-Gave me WAY too much fuckin attention immediately. I.e. lovebombing.
-Is very angry at everyone else it seemed...oh but she was so nice to me, I must be the best lol
-She lied like crazy.

  • Hello you don't know me but I just saw the show on hot bench I think it was. I agree with you at 100% she was a Golddigger and I hope you're doing a lot better take care.  Watch out for the young ones cause more then not they are only looking for money/sugar daddy.  🙂

Above, Denise Santos on Hot Bench.

During our time on the show, I never resorted to lies because I didn't have to. The facts were totally on my side. She, on the other hand, had nothing to provide except lies. This is not surprising as she lied in Small Claims Court (on another case), to her family during the course of our relationship and probably also to her friends. As I've said before, karma will catch up to her in due time.

* Before the show, I was told that I could not say anything about her becoming a stripper or "exotic dancer" after we broke up. I didn't, she's the one "who let the cat out of the bag".

Notice of Entry of Judgment Received

Above, Scott at Waikoloa. Did she really think she was going to get away by paying only $600? Photo by Armand Vaquer.

A welcome piece of mail arrived today.

It is the Notice of Entry of Judgment on the Small Claims Court judgment in my lawsuit against Jacquese Scott for the costs I fronted for her back in February for the Hawaii trip in May.

It states:
Court orders judgment entered Plaintiff Armand Vaquer against Defendant Jacquese Antoinette Scott on the Plaintiff's Claim filed by Armand Vaquer on 06/30/2016 for the principal amount of $808.25 and costs of $70.00 for a total of $878.25.
The enforcement of the judgment is "automatically postponed for 30 days or, if an appeal is filed, until the appeal is decided."

While it is unfortunate that things had to come to this, but she owed the money and knew she owed it, but chose to lie in court. The court saw through those lies and gave the appropriate verdict. Now she also has to pay an additional $70.00 for the court costs I incurred.

As Scott essentially "asked for it" (and got it), I am also reminded that in Hawaii she further poisoned things between my ex and I while we were there and that made the trip not as enjoyable as it could and should have been. So, this is also a little "payback" for that.

While we were exchanging evidence in the hallway at court, she expressed her displeasure over my blog posts about this matter. Well, if you are going to try to screw someone, you shouldn't expect that person is going to take that lying down.

Karma does work!

Remembering "Going Postal"

A new shooting at Lone Star College in Houston, Texas today is just another in an epidemic of shootings in the nation's campuses.  Ironically, Lone Star College is allegedly a "gun-free" campus.

I don't have any scientific proof, but it seems that many of these shootings could be from the over-saturation of news coverage by the mainstream media who are allied with liberals who want to disarm Americans.  I wonder if these killers are acting as "copycats" by all the media coverage.

Over twenty years ago, the targets in mass shootings were co-workers and supervisors at U.S. postal facilities (and other workplaces) by irate workers who felt wronged.  This is where the term "going postal" came from.

According to Wikipedia:

Going postal, in American English slang, means becoming extremely and uncontrollably angry, often to the point of violence, and usually in a post office or other workplace environment.
The expression derives from a series of incidents from 1983 onward in which United States Postal Service (USPS) workers shot and killed managers, fellow workers, and members of the police or general public in acts of mass murder. Between 1986 and 1997, more than forty people were gunned down by spree killers in at least twenty incidents of workplace rage.

I've known a number of evil supervisors who, by their underhanded actions, would be prime targets by employees they've screwed over.  I remember an instance where one supervisor (at Allianz Insurance Company) was such an asshole that I overheard someone say (referencing the then-recent May 6, 1993 Dearborn, Michigan post office homicides that occurred only hours apart), "Mark had better watch out!"  Karma got him anyway: he succumbed to thyroid cancer a few years later.

Weinergate: Was that "Little Anthony"?

Funny how karma works in strange ways.

Liberal Democrat Rep. Anthony Weiner, one of the most obnoxious libs in Congress, finds himself embroiled in a scandal over a lewd photo originating from his Twitter account.

The Washington Post reported:

Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) has become the latest member of Congress to run into Twitter trouble after a lewd photo was sent from his account on the microblogging site Friday night.

The photo, which was taken from the waist down and shows a man in bulging gray underwear, was first reported early Saturday by BigGovernment.com, the Web site of conservative commentator Andrew Breitbart.

The photo is available and can be easily found via Google.

Was that "Little Anthony"?

Weiner contends that his Twitter account was hacked but refuses to answer reporters' questions:

Weiner’s office said Monday that the congressman had retained an attorney following the incident. Neither Weiner nor his spokesman have directly responded to several questions about the matter, including whether the photo of an underwear-clad groin was of Weiner or whether Weiner has asked law enforcement officials to investigate.

Also, he got into a testy argument with reporters, calling one a "jackass."

April Starting Out Better Than Expected

When this weekend started, it appeared to be one of those weekends that car repairs would take priority over everything else and that money would be pissed out the door. Car trouble seems to come at the same time for all cars that one owns.

Above, the '89.

First, it began when I noticed that all my stop lights weren't working on the '89 Mustang. The bulbs were okay and I checked the fuse. The fuse appeared okay as well. But, as a precaution, I changed it anyway. The stop lights still didn't work. So it had to be the brake light switch or something else.

Into the shop it went on Thursday. It turned out that a wire shorted out between the switch and the lights. Fixed. But money out the window.

Above, the 2000 Mustang.

Next, my daughter's 2000 Mustang's brakes were grinding. But the brakes were only two years old. Into the shop it went, this morning. The problem was that on the front disc brakes, the calipers weren't opening on one wheel after the brake pedal was released. They stayed closed and it eventually ground down to the metal. Ouch! My daughter and I split the repair costs 50/50. At least that's repaired. Still, it was money out the window again.

At least I did manage to get my narrative for my Monsterpalooza presentation (set for this coming Friday at 8:00 PM) completed and did some more repairs to my car (such as replacing a busted corner/side marker light assembly) that I held off doing due to all the rains we've been having. (It appears rain is coming tonight or tomorrow.) Thank goodness I have plenty of tools to get the work done.

I thought that I'd have to dip into my savings in order to come up with April's rent. Well, I forgot to check today's mail until this evening.

Lo and behold, there were three checks in the mailbox, including one from ComiXpress for sales of The Monster Movie Fan's Guide To Japan. The three combined were more than enough to cover this month's rent with plenty left over! There must be good karma in the air or something!

At least I don't have to dip into my savings for a while. That is always a plus, as far as I am concerned.

The month is starting out better than expected!

The Lucky 5-Yen Coin

When I first traveled to Japan in 2001, I learned a little bit about Japanese currency, the yen (pronounced "en").

One thing I learned is that the 5-yen coin is considered a lucky coin. It's not worth much (roughly comparable to the U.S. nickel).

According to YesJapan.com:

Good luck
The 5 yen coin in Japanese is pronounced "go-en". This also coincidentally means "good luck". For this reason the 5 yen coin is thought to be good luck.

And, according to Associated Content.com:

The Japanese pronunciation of five yen, "go en", sounds very similar to the expression for karma or good luck. This similarity in pronunciation was sufficient in the Japanese culture to evolve into a well developed superstition. The five yen coin is believed to bring good fortune to those in possession of it.

Not that I am superstitious, but I save all my 5-yen coins from each trip to Japan and hand them out to friends (or people I want to have good luck). They all like the jesture once I explain it to them.

People can carry them in their wallet, pocket, purse or wear it on a ribbon or chain (the handy hole in the center of the coin makes this easy).

The Blackmailer Wannabe

Some guys just never learn. I wasn't going to say anything further on the matter, but Brett Homenick still doesn't know when to stop and back off. Instead of letting things die naturally, he decided to attack me on his blog.

A year and a half ago, I set up a MySpace page for G-FAN as a gift to J. D. Lees as the mag didn't have a presence there and to boost circulation. I got the page set up and was in the process of getting friends (primarily vendors such as comic book dealers, etc.). The plan was to get about 25 of them and present it to J. D. and give him "the keys" to the site (i.e., the pass codes, etc), which I did. However, he felt that he could not devote the time to it necessary and we agreed to eliminate it. He did appreciate the gesture.

Brett Homenick took it upon himself to blow the whistle on the site before I was ready. Naturally, he was unaware of the plan at hand. Still, he could have checked with me first. I was annoyed a little. I got on his case about it, but had he picked up on some clues in my emails, he would have gathered that I wasn't totally frosted. I was just going to make my point and let the matter drop.

Instead, he started hurling insults and made a blackmail threat. Another case of Brett Homenick going too far after poking his nose where it doesn't belong.

A year before (around March or April 2008), I was working on what ultimately became The Monster Movie Fan's Guide To Japan. I originally proposed it as a special edition of G-FAN, totally separate from the quarterly magazine, in writing via email. J. D. accepted the proposal and I began working on it. We were in contact about different subjects that should be included during that time (he gave me information on places that I didn't even know about).

About three months of work later, I received an email from J. D. that ticked me off. The night I received it, Brett happened to call me and I vented steam about it and mentioned that since I had an agreement in writing with J. D., this might constitute a breach of contract under a law signed by President Bill Clinton that email agreements are valid contracts.

Well, the matter between J. D. and me was ironed out in a day or so (I don't even remember what the misunderstanding was about) and the matter would have been forgotten, except Brett would constantly needle me with comments like, "How's your lawsuit going?" on the phone or in emails. He's such a funny guy! Right.

I never had any plans to sue J. D. Lees. I was angry at the time and was thinking aloud. My mistake was doing that with Brett. I should've known better.

On February 28, 2009, when the argument over the MySpace page came up (which seemed to go on all day), Brett sent me emails which included:

Is this MySpace page part of your plan to sue J.D. for breach of contract? Is that hwy you wanted it kept secret?

Brett

But the real clincher was his blackmail (known as 恐喝 in Japan) threat:

A couple of e-mails you wrote to me last summer are attached below. Perhaps J.D. would be interested in knowing what sort of character is running his MySpace page.

That did it! I severed relations with Homenick. I told J. D. the full story about it.

Recently, Homenick emailed me about meeting with him. If there were to be any practical good to do so, I would've met with him with an open mind. But subsequent emails from him feigning indignation over being called to task as a "blackmailer wannabe" told me that it would be a waste of time.

I ended my last response to him on June 6 as follows:

Your past is now coming back to haunt you. All the crap you've pulled over the years is now biting you in the butt. Nobody likes you. You really have no friends. You asked for the altercation with Dutch. You never knew when to back off. You claimed G-FEST is "my show." You're the one with the problems. None of the G-FEST committee likes you, they've told me. You're as popular as turd in a punchbowl.

On the blackmail threat you made, you may want to check your library of emails for those of February 28, 2009. Immediately when you made the blackmail threat, it was pointed out to you as such by me. So you can't feign ignorance. You never denied it. You never defended it. You never retracted it. So it is a little too late in the game to try to change history.

You are getting your comeuppance. I don't have to do anything, all I have to do is just sit back and enjoy the show. It is going to be fun to watch!

Your last email tells me you haven't changed a bit. Why should I bother with a schmuck like you? You made your own bed, now you can sleep in it. Don't ever bother me again. Any emails will be deleted. I don't have to meet with you, because you were told everything from the very start. Even JD knows you are a loose cannon. Others have used the same term, and that was the nicest thing said.

They are also laughing at you with your "self-important" attitude. Besides the old "Cousin Oliver" one, you are referred to as "Big Bird" and "Milk 'n Cookies." I almost pity you, but you brought it upon yourself. People notice how people act and treat others.

Karma has a way of nailing people. You are beginning to find that out. Enjoy it!

After that, I was going to do nothing further. Now he has decided to escalate matters with a vicious post on his blog with a title that seems to celebrate animal abuse.

It is interesting that he is acting concerned about the blackmail charge, when he knew about it from the start.

Immediately (on February 28, 2009) after he sent me the aforementioned blackmail threat, I called him to task. He sent me these in response:

How am I blackmailing you? What am I forcing you to do against your will? Quite honestly, I've done you a huge favor by keeping your talk of suing J.D. a secret. I've often felt he should know about it (talk about not being able to trust someone!), but in the interest of keeping everyone friends, I've remained quiet.

And:

Now "blackmail" has been downgraded to a mere "threat." I guess we're making progress.

When someone states, "Perhaps J.D. would be interested in knowing what sort of character is running his MySpace page," that constitutes a blackmail threat. My attorney agrees. Now, since his past is catching up with him (including an altercation that took place last year at G-FEST with an attendee), and fans are now openly attacking him on message boards and Facebook, Homenick is lashing out. He fails to realize that he brought things upon himself. Karma has a way of doing that!

It is a stupid move on his part in bringing up the blackmail charge openly. Previously, any references to blackmail on this blog were without naming names. If he should happen to apply for a job, a potential employer will likely Google his name (as part of a background check) and references to blackmail will now also come up. Also, they will see what kind of character he has if they should take a look at his vicious blog posts. They say much more about him than anyone else. Another "smart move" on his part. Nothing like shooting your own foot! So now, if he doesn't get "that great job" he wanted, he can only blame himself.

By posting old emails, out of context and cleverly edited, Homenick is showing that he's perfectly capable of blackmailing someone (thanks for proving my point). Why would he keep old emails from years ago unless he planned to have them handy if that person crosses him? If anyone had any dealings with Homenick in the past via email, more than likely he's got everything they've said in his collection of dossiers. They would be wise to sever any ties with him.

What company would want to hire someone like this? He'd potentially compile dossiers on co-workers in order to engage in character assassination should he be slighted, passed up for a raise or promotion or for some other sin he felt the need to respond to.

Plus, he's an outright liar. He posted:

When that turned out to be a dead end, he instead sold Haruo Nakajima buttons at the convention for $10 a pop, with absolutely none of the proceeds going to Mr. Nakajima or his daughter.

The campaign-style buttons were made by me and at my expense (thanks to the George W. Bush tax rebate) and they were sold for $5.00, not $10.00 (he can't seem to get his facts right). Also, I never said that any "proceeds" would be going to the Nakajimas. I gave Haruo and Sonoe Nakajima buttons. Since I was out of work at the time, I made the buttons for income (thank God I did, I made enough to cover my auto insurance premium and other bills). There was no secret in that. Also, I have made and sold buttons at political conventions. Again, butting his beak where it doesn't belong and doesn't concern him. Sounds to me that Brett has a problem with capitalism, besides making up stories to support his sicko thesis. What a liar!

He is also known to stalk people on the Internet. On March 6, I caught him stalking me on a George Reeves/Superman message board. He has never expressed any interest in George Reeves or the television show. Other people who have dealt with Homenick have told me that he had stalked them on the Internet and that he tries to dig up dirt on people from various websites. This is called cyberstalking and it is a crime.

Recently, just before G-FEST XVII, he attempted tortious interference between a G-FEST dealer and myself when news hit that The Monster Movie Fan's Guide To Japan would be sold at the convention. J. D. Lees had no problem with The Guide being sold at the convention and stated such to the dealer. The dealer basically told Brett to go fly a kite. Who's the one who can't "move on"?

People have wondered why J. D. Lees keeps him around. It wouldn't surprise me if he were being blackmailed too. J. D. would be wise to get rid of this troublemaker.

I'm no psychologist or psychiatrist, and this is only my opinion, but he appears to exhibit behaviors of a sociopath. I've dealt with sociopaths before (one being a former supervisor at an insurance company. Karma got him. He died of thyroid cancer in his 40s.). You may want to check this website out (specifically, the Summary of Sociopaths). I am not saying this to be mean, but anyone who would stoop to the gutter is either pure evil or a very sick person.

So, if he wises up and deletes his vicious posts, he just may save his future. I would, in kind, delete this one.

I could still initiate legal action, either in criminal or civil. The statute hasn't run out.

Your Chickens Are Coming Home To Roost!

From Wikipedia:

The Christian concept of reaping what you sow from Galatians 6:7 can be considered equivalent to Karma.

According to karma, performing positive actions results in a good condition in one's experience, whereas a negative action results in a bad effect. The effects may be seen immediately or delayed. Delay can be until later in the present life or in the next.

Some people just don't seem to get the concept. They will pull dastardly deeds on people over the years and will scream bloody murder when the tables get turned on them. That is the way of the bully or thug.

They are of the type of person who "can dish it out, but can't take it" variety.

Sooner or later, karma will nail these people. When that happens, their "chickens are coming home to roost!"
